The history of Construction waterproof materials is over 110 years since asphalt felt coming into being. There are many kinds of waterproof materials all over the world now:tyre -based asphalt felt, synthetic high polymer modified asphalt coiled material, synthetic high polymer sheet,which can be divided into two types : rubber and plastic ;or single homogenious section and reinforcing structure. The normal reinforcing structure is inner-reinforcment to overcome the shortage of low tensile strength and smoothe surface with poor adhesive strength with typical concrete construction base. Adhesive effect drop dramatically when water content is higher than 9 %. It is even more difficult to apply concrete structure on constructed coiled materials surface . In order to guarantee construcion engineer structure steadiness,coiled material surface should direct adhesive to concrete materials,and easy to apply. We find out this technology after careful research and many practise, and finally invent surface toughness-intensified PE-PP fiber double-faced composite waterproof coiled materials.This technology awards Chinese Invent Patent in 1992, and widely applied in construction,hydraulic engineering, chemical, environment protection,etc., with annual 3 million square meters of exerllent application effect. The exerllent integrated technical and economical specifications of PE-PP coiled materials distinguished to other coiled materials with unique specification, which make it a new kind of waterproof coiled material, a new contribution to construction waterproof material.
PE-PP fiber double-faced composite waterproof coiled materials (hetheto called PE-PP coiled materials) is a special waterproofing and anti - seepage material with entirely new structure,multiple usage, exerllent integrated technical specifications that is exclusive developed and manufactured by SSP CO.
